Sam Erickson is a photographer and director from Brooklyn by way of Charlottesville VA. Sam came of age as a photographer as chronicler of the rise of Dave Matthews Band. Sam was also fortunate to be an early collaborator with two other artists who came to play a significant role in the music scene of the early 2000s, John Mayer and My Morning Jacket, for whom he shot album packages, music videos, concert films and other seminal works.
